Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@mavelle.co.uk with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid returns label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Sale Items

Sale items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
